passive fire protection to BS 476 Part 20 with class 1 surface
spread of flame to BS 476 Part 7 1987 in sealing cable and services
penetrations through masonry floors and walls.
- Dufaylite Seal Bags are coated glass cloth bags
containing mineral fibres, incombustible components, expansion
agents and special fire-retardant additives.
- In fire conditions, Dufaylite Seal
Bags expand and harden into a smoke tight, solid, fire
resistant seal.
- Dufaylite Seal Bags are easy to
install and remove for permanent or temporary protection and this
makes them especially suitable when frequent cable changes are
likely - and for passive fire protection during construction.
