Fire Resistant Mortar - Fire Protection Systems from Dufaylite

Offering over 4 hours' passive fire protection for service penetrations in vertical and horizontal barriers, Dufaylite Fire Resistant Mortar contains no fibres, silicon's, halogens, or solvents.

Dufaylite Fire Resistant Mortar is easy to use. Simply mix it with water in the conventional manner to the right consistency for trowelling or pouring as required.

Dufaylite Fire Resistant Mortar expands when activated by water to create an excellent passive fire protection  seal round services and a strong bond with surrounding surfaces both in vertical and horizontal applications.

Uniquely, Dufaylite Fire Resistant Mortar can be re-activated for up to 45mins after it has been mixed to increase convenience and economy on the site. By simply adding water to the Fire Resistant Mortar mixture, it can be re-constituted and used to provide the same degree of protection.
